Keeping it Short and Sweet

Whether you’re feeling competitive or just in it for fun, the St. Luke’s FitOne 5K is a great way to move your body, recharge your spirit, and be part of the FitOne experience. This welcoming course through downtown Boise is designed for runners, walkers, and families who want to enjoy race day together.

The 5K includes three waves: competitive, walk/jog and family, where strollers are allowed and encouraged. For safety reasons, scooters and bikes are not permitted on the course. Only service animals are allowed.

Gear check is not available for 5K racers, so please plan accordingly! Also, this course is not certified by USA Track & Field (USATF).

    Let’s Go! Start Time

    The 5K starts at 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 26, 2026.

    The start line is in downtown Boise at the intersection of Capitol Blvd. and Bannock St.

    Please plan to arrive at least 45 to 60 minutes early. This allows time for navigating crowds, finding your wave, and using the restroom, if needed.

FITONE.2 COURSE

Shortcut Available!

The FitOne.2 course is 1.2 miles and runs along the Greenbelt from the Boise Library to Ann Morrison Park. It avoids the hill leading to the Boise Depot and rejoins the regular 5K course near the finish line. Golf carts are often available for participants who might need additional help.
