Being fit is not a destination; it's a way of life, and St. Luke's FitOne encourages you to take progressive steps in a healthy direction throughout the year. The Expo is free and open to the public! If you're a race participant, you'll not only pick up your race packet and t-shirt at the Expo, you and your friends and family will also find fun, engaging ways to learn about and participate in new recreation and wellness activities. With a focus on fitness, health and nutrition, you'll leave with many ideas for supporting a healthier lifestyle.

12-12:30 p.m. - Plant-Based Cookie Dough Dip: Boise Urban Garden (BUGS) Cooking Demonstration

Learn to make plant-based cookie dough dip that, with a few ingredients, transforms into protein bites or bars. As an added bonus, it's vegan and gluten free! Demonstrated by classically trained head chef at Boise Urban Garden School (BUGS), Chef Christina Murray.

12:30-1 p.m. - CX WORX®: Axiom Fitness

CX WORX® by Les Mills hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. This workout is ideal for tightening your tummy while improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

1-1:30 p.m. - Body Attack®: Axiom Fitness

BODY ATTACK® by Les Mills is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

2-2:30 p.m. - Build a Better Lunch Box with Albertsons: Molly Tevis, RDN, LD

Looking for something different to excite your kid’s or your own lunch box? Watch Molly Tevis, Albertsons in-store registered dietitian, prepare Grilled Chicken Rice Paper Rolls with Almond Butter and School Box Sushi with just four simple ingredients.

Hands-only CPR can save lives. Most people who experience cardiac arrest at home, work or in a public location die because they don’t receive immediate CPR from someone on the scene. Learn this life saving skill in only two simple steps. Time is critical when symptoms appear! Learn how calling 911 saves time and lives.

4-4:30 p.m. - Afternoon Energizing Stretching with StretchLab Eagle

What’s the most remarkably simple thing you can do to feel better? Stretch! Take a moment to learn some energizing, afternoon stretches that will make you feel better and get you through an afternoon slump.

7-7:45 p.m. - High Fitness™: AXIOM FITNESS

HIGH Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense, easy-to-follow fitness choreography.

10:15-10:45 a.m. - Wake Up! Get Up! Stretch! StretchLab Eagle

Start your morning routine with an incredible and easy stretching sequence. StretchLab Eagle will give you tips on the best stretches to do in the morning to increase your overall mood and make your body feel better. Give it a go and your day will be a whole lot brighter!

11-11:55 a.m. - Redesigned Family Night Brownies: Molly Tevis, RDN, LD

Who doesn’t love chocolate anytime of the day? Watch Molly Tevis, Albertsons in-store registered dietitian, make Black Bean Brownies as easy as tossing the ingredients into a food processor. For added richness, add more chocolate!

BODYCOMBAT® by Les Mills is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. You will punch and kick your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

6-6:45 p.m. - Boise’s Biggest Jump Rope Party with the Summerwind Skippers on the Grove Plaza

As seen on NBC’s America’s Got Talent, the Summerwind Skippers are a performance and competitive jump rope sports team, dedicated to promoting physical fitness through jump rope as a lifetime sport. The first 500 kids will get a FREE jump rope and an opportunity to jump with the Skippers!
