Tex-Mex Crock Pot Chicken

, by fitone

Bring a little spice to your weeknight routine with this zesty Tex-Mex Crock Pot Chicken recipe! Simply toss the ingredients in the crock pot in the morning and come home to a delicious lean protein that is ready to be paired with your favorite Tex-Mex fixin’s! We like avocado and a whole wheat tortilla.  You could also try adding a dollop of Greek yogurt and a squeeze of fresh lime juice for tang.
