You’ve made the decision to lose weight, congratulations! Commit to your decision and yourself that you will reach your goal. However it’s important to be flexible in how you get there. Throughout your challenge, you may find some things work for you while others don’t. Maybe you’re trying to figure out what the best way is to get physical activity in your day, or recipes that you like to help you eat healthier. Be flexible to changes, you may find that something you thought would work for you doesn’t, and that’s okay! You’re on a journey and you are going to come across obstacles. Just be open to these obstacles and take each one as an opportunity to learn about what works best for you!
