Much of the dedication necessary is overcoming that voice in your head of “I CANT “or “I’M TOO TIRED” or “I DON’T HAVE TIME” 
Pushing past that is a great feeling!
YOU have put in the effort this far, keep going! 
Small improvements in diet & exercise have BIG rewards.  
Behavior change doesn’t happen overnight. Think baby steps.

It takes small changes like water instead of soda or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Even if you don't notice BIG changes on the scale yet, remember that doesn't illustrate YOUR whole journey.

These small changes have to happen many times before real habits are formed, so KEEP IT UP!
