Honey Dijon Brussels Sprouts

Amp up your veggie intake with this delectable side dish. Serve alongside baked salmon or grilled chicken for a meal that’s loaded with flavor, vitamins, and good, wholesome foods!

Honey Dijon Brussels Sprouts


  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, washed and trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey


Cut Brussels sprouts in half.  Toss with olive oil and kosher salt.  Put in a shallow glass baking pan sprayed with non-stick spray.  Roast in 375 degree oven until tender (approximately 30-40 minutes), stirring occasionally.  Combine Dijon mustard and honey to make a dressing.  Drizzle over sprouts and serve alongside your favorite protein.
