Green Chocolate Protein Shake

Let’s high-five for a super-easy post-workout shake that’s packed with protein and a full serving of vegetables, shall we? And as an added bonus, while this shake may be leprechaun-green, we promise that you won’t even taste the veggies. So if you’re looking for a way to up your vegetable intake and you’re not a huge veggie lover, this recipe is your solution!

This shake is great for a post-workout protein fix and even works for a great morning or afternoon snack. Here's to being fit & protein shakes that taste great!

Green Chocolate Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2/3 cup skim milk or (we also love unsweetened vanilla almond milk!)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein (or your favorite flavor—ours is Trutein Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup!)
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 handful of ice cubes

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients until nice and smooth! Serve it up & enjoy.
