Carolyn Holly invites you to "walk to talk" at FitOne!

I’m so happy to be sharing the FitOne experience with you again this year. It’s the one event where I get to “walk the talk” when it comes to making exercise a part of my life! I’m a big believer that exercise is not just good for my body, but good for my mind too.

In fact according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, regular physical activity can help keep your thinking, learning, and judgment skills sharp as you age. Isn’t that great! But the CDC also goes onto say that exercise can also reduce your risk of depression and may help you sleep better.

So, how much exercise do you need? Not that much!

The CDC guidelines say if you get two hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes) of moderate-intensity aerobic activity a week you’re doing great!

So, let’s do it together again this year! On Saturday morning, September 20th at FitOne, I hope you come out and “walk the talk” with me as we start ticking off those minutes of exercise that will lead us to a healthier mind and body!
